
Study Design:
21 volunteers between the age of 35-56 with medium-deep crow's feet wrinkles were treated with PhytoCellTec™ Malus Domestica Cream 2% for 28 days. Twice a day application.
Result:
Treatment with PhytoCellTec™ Malus Domestica significantly increases skin firmness by 6.9% after 28 days of treatment. Depth of wrinkle was also reduced by 11.1% compared to initial conditions.

Study Design:
Early passage human dermal fibroblasts were seeded onto a porous membrane submerged for 2 weeks with 0.1% Malus Domestica stem cell extract.
Result:
Treatment of fibroblasts with the Malus Domestica stem cell extract increased dermal thickness by 27%. It also improved the structure and regulation of the basal keratinocyte layer in direct contact with the basement membrane. Epidermis was denser.

Study Design:
20 volunteers between the age of 38-65 were treated with Ameliox Cream 2% for 28 days. Twice a day application.
Result:
Decrease of wrinkles on the forehead by 24%, decrease of wrinkles on the crow's feet by 27%.

Study Design:
Cell culture with a high amount of epidermal stem cells were treated with different concentrations of Malus Domestica stem cell extract.
Result:
Colony Forming Efficiency, a measurement of skin vitality, increased by 92% in the presence of Malus Domestica stem cell extracts. Malus Domestica stem cell extracts help the epidermal cells maintain their stem cell characteristics.
